Failing with style

I tried to purchase contact lenses from today. Some time ago I got one of their rewards cards, and wanted to link it to my account. Apparently something went wrong with their infrastructure, and the card didn't get linked. Instead of outright failing they give you this message, which says that you will get the tangible benefits (cheaper stuff) during this session anyways. This response almost completely made up for the failure, and was refreshing.

Even better would be an email some time in the next few days that said "we fixed our problems, and have activated your rewards card. Thanks!" Here's hoping that happens.
