Think about all of the decisions you made today. If you're having a hard time making decisions like "Should I partner with this person?" or "Should we hire this candidate?" or "Which major should I choose?", try eliminating the daily decisions that don't matter.
- Establish a default lunch for each day of the week.
- Stack your shirts and wear the top one every day.
- Pick a day and time of the week for laundry, and do it regardless of how much is dirty.
As a bonus, reducing daily decisions necessarily creates habits, allowing you to spend the willpower you would have spent on motivating yourself to work out or do laundry on more important things.
